A Small and Blessed Beginning
Rivas General Contractor is fairly new company owned by Hugo L. Rivas H. and Arioska Guzman, a young couple just married less than 5 years ago.
We started the company on November 01, 2016. It's true, our fiscal year begins just 2 months away from a New Year. So, why not wait two more months and make January 1rst the beginning of our fiscal year as other companies normally do? That is because my husband was eager to start this company, a dream of his. I, in the other hand, was a little apprehensive.
However, we worked together to make this company a reality. We have been blessed with continual projects since we started. He is dedicated when planning and building high quality projects every time he enters a home. He takes his position seriously and works with passion and creativeness.
Also, he is very selective with his employees. Our workers must be on time, be honest, work hard yet carefully protect our customers property and home items while working, and clean up after each day of work.
Hugo has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and started as a helper himself, so he believes in giving new employees a chance to prove themselves, learn and grow in the company.
